SHIPPING INFO

Prairie Knot Bag Co. is based in Edmonton, Alberta, and currently ships throughout Canada.

We offer free regular shipping with Chit Chats for our orders. After your order is prepared, it is dropped off at our local Chit Chats location in Edmonton, transported to their Calgary hub, and then enters the courier network. Packages are typically processed by the Chit Chats on the next business day.

Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days (per Chit Chats) but generally come sooner, depending on your location within Canada.

If you require your order sooner, expedited shipping through Canada Post is available at an additional cost.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Prairie Knot Bag Co., every bag is handmade in Alberta, Canada in small batches. Each one is carefully sewn and inspected before it leaves our studio because we genuinely want you to love your bag.

Our 30-Day Quality Guarantee

We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship.

If your bag has a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of delivery, please get in touch. Examples include:

  • A seam that comes apart during normal use

  • Stitching or construction that fails

  • A handle or other structural issue

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Damage that occurred during shipping

Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few clear photos. We'll review everything promptly and, if the issue is covered by our guarantee, we'll repair, replace, or refund your bag.

Because Our Bags Are Handmade...

Each Prairie Knot Bag is made in small batches and sewn with care, not mass-produced. For that reason, all other sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Normal wear from everyday use

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper care, pets, or misuse

  • Natural variations in fabric placement or other small differences that make each handmade bag unique
